1. Acceptance of the Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and
Mordoo Team
("we", "us") governing your use of the Mordoo application. By downloading,
registering, signing in, or using the app, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms
and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please stop using
the service.
2. Description of the Service
Mordoo is a tarot reading chat app whose readings are generated by artificial intelligence (AI).
You pick cards and chat with the system, which automatically generates readings and replies.
The service offers a guest mode (subject to a limited free quota) and registered accounts via
phone-number verification (OTP) or a LINE account.
3. Entertainment Purposes Only — Not Professional Advice
Important: all content in the app, including readings, answers, and any
conversation, is provided for entertainment purposes only and is
not medical, psychological, financial, investment, or legal advice under any
circumstances.
Do not use the app's content as a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. If you
have a physical-health, mental-health, financial, or legal issue, please consult a licensed
physician, psychologist, financial advisor, or lawyer (in Thailand, the Mental Health Hotline is
available 24 hours at 1323). Any decision you make based on the app's content is your own
responsibility.
4. AI-Generated Content
Readings and answers are generated automatically by AI systems and are
not reviewed by humans.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. We make
no guarantee as to its accuracy, suitability, or any outcome derived from it.
The same input may produce different results each time, by the nature of AI systems.
Reading generation uses third-party AI model services, as disclosed in the
Privacy Policy.
5. Minimum Age
You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. Users under 16 must have
the consent and supervision of a legal guardian. Using the app constitutes your representation
that you meet this requirement.
6. User Accounts
The service offers three access channels: guest mode (device-bound, no signup), a
phone-number account (verified by OTP), and a LINE account.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your
account and device, including safeguarding OTP codes and access to your LINE account.
Guest mode and registered accounts are subject to usage quotas we set, which
may change as appropriate for the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that engage in fraud or
abuse.
7. Account Deletion, the 14-Day Window, and Reactivation
On request, the account is suspended immediately and signed out on all
devices. All data is permanently deleted after 14 days.
Reactivation: if you change your mind, log in again within 14 days; the app
will ask you to confirm — once confirmed, the deletion is cancelled and the account with all
its data is restored.
The retention window exists for user recovery and for fraud prevention (it stops
delete-and-re-register cycles from recycling the free quota) — during the window the account
identifiers remain in the system, as disclosed in the
Privacy Policy.
An account suspended for violating these Terms returns, upon reactivation, to the status it
had before the deletion request (deleting an account is not a way to escape a suspension).
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
use the service unlawfully or in violation of others' rights;
submit content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, sexually exploitative of minors, or
harmful to others;
attempt to circumvent usage quotas or security systems by any means, including creating
multiple accounts, spoofing devices, or deleting and re-registering an account to recycle the
free quota;
interfere with, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on the system (e.g. automated request
flooding, scraping);
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the system's source code, models, or
internal prompts;
present the service's output as professional advice, or use it to harm others.
9. Intellectual Property
The app, the "Mordoo" mark, designs, card artwork, text, and all components of the service
belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law.
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use
the app solely as permitted by these Terms.
Messages you submit remain yours — you grant us the right to process them as needed to
provide the service, per the Privacy Policy.
You may use the readings you receive for personal purposes, but may not resell them or
offer them commercially without our permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express
or implied, including as to content accuracy, service continuity, or fitness for a particular
purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, or
consequential damages, or for loss of data, opportunity, or income, arising from or related to
your use of (or inability to use) the service, including any decision based on the app's
content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount
you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability (the service
currently has no payments, so total liability is limited to the minimum the law allows).
Nothing in this section removes rights you have under law that cannot be waived or
limited.
11. Changes to the Service and These Terms
We may improve, change, or discontinue the service (in whole or in part) and may amend these
Terms. The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date. For material
changes, we will notify you through the app or another appropriate channel before they take
effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of
Thailand. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts. This does not
limit any consumer-protection rights you hold under applicable law.
